How I release fear and overwhelm in less than a minute a day

It's something I use daily, on-the-go, whenever I encounter situations or people that bring up strong emotions that keep me stuck in that negative spiral.

When you're working on your dreams and goals, or anything you've never done before, you don't always have the answers. Being in this messy middle can bring up strong negative emotions.

MAP enables you to feel better even before you figure things out so you can open your mind to new ideas and perspectives instead of stuck, ruminating and dwelling on why things aren't working out.
